For us to build for you, please note the following:
1. You must pay before we start building
2. You must allow at least 2k bbc per item you order for us to use to build with (DM for details)
3. You must have advanced placing for us to make these products. (Basement pass helps a lot, but not required)
4. You must decide where you would like the products before we come to build them! (Note that most products cannot be moved)
5. Kindness is key to a better experience with us! (When you are extremely nice and flexible, we may even throw in a discount!)
6. This business is run by multiple people, so multiple people may be messaging you at once! Some people may say things that others don‘t! To help with this, we will clarify who is speaking with you when messaging!
7. We may not always be free to build! Everyone in our business lives in EST, so the time you message us may not be a workable time for us!
